Revision Rhinoplasty Before and After Photos in Cincinnati, OH, patient 6139

This patient had rhinoplasty by another physician and wished to have further improvement in her nasal tip. This is a fairly common occurrence with endonasal (sometimes called "closed") rhinoplasty or nose reshaping, where the tip is more difficult to see and evaluate. Through an open rhinoplasty approach, we were able to achieve a more natural tip that blends well with the rest of her nose. We also lifted the columella (the part between the nostrils) slightly to reduce the amount of "show" on profile (side) view.
