Dr. Donath and his team are amazing and have given me so much confidence back, You can really tell how much Dr. Donath cares about his patients and his work, and it truly shows how much of a perfectionist he is with how great his before and afters are, I couldn't have asked for a better outcome!

Dr. Donath is an outstanding plastic surgeon, his knowledge base and skills are excellent and yield incredible results. The luxe lift (Facelift and fat transfer) gave me a natural, youthful look and I'm so grateful. I’m very pleased with the final result. The procedure went as explained. I experienced more pain from the donor site for the fat transfer (i.e., Liposuction) than the eye procedure. My swelling and bruising were noticeable for about four weeks. After ten weeks, I could appreciate the full effect of the procedure. It’s subtle but impactful. I have a more youthful appearance and no more dark circles under my eyes.

I am so pleased with the results I feel amazing Dr. Donath and the entire staff work very hard to make you feel comfortable through the entire process well worth every dime

Dr. Donath and his staff are amazing. I went to two other doctors before seeing Dr. Donath for consultations and I immediately knew Dr. Donath was my first and only choice! Since I am a RN in town, I did my research. It was important that I feel completely confident and secure in my surgeon's skill level, surgeries performed, complication rate, as well as his bedside manner, and I was. Dr. Donath’s educational background along with his residency/fellowship training are top notch. He also has had training with some of the most well known Facial Plastic Surgeons in the country. It’s also very accommodating that he has his own surgical suite in his office, and that helps to cut costs.
This was major surgery for me, since I had several procedures done at the same time. The procedures were completed in the time projected without any unforeseen issues. There is some downtime related to the surgery, and most notedly the Laser treatment.
I am extremely satisfied with my results and have been told I look not 10, but 15 years younger now. And with no visible scars. I’m pleased because I want to look as good as I can at 59. I will continue with the appropriate skincare products, to keep my skin in the best possible shape for many years to come.
We are extremely lucky to have Dr. Donath here in Cincinnati. 5 Stars!

My second procedure, so glad I did both! People tell me "you look good" not knowing that I had any type of procedure. I can't put a cost on a life changing experience.

With my 65th birthday looming I decided to schedule a face & neck lift with Dr. Donath,  not only to lift my face and appearance, but to lift my spirit -- about getting older -- as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Donath for several years for fat transfer, Botox, etc., after (thoroughly) researching for a doctor with his expertise. And, I cannot say enough about his professionalism and expertise when treating his patients! He is also very kind, patient and thorough when discussing a patient's goals and expectations.

Now, 1 month after surgery, I could not be more pleased and excited by the results!! Dr. Donath 'erased' 10-15 years from my face & neck without looking pulled or stretched, or like I've just had 'work done.'   Simply put, I look refreshed & happy! :)

Lastly, I must say that Dr. Donath and his staff are Wonderful! The kindness and thoughtfulness they show their patients is Exceptional!

My experience w Dr Donath and his staff has been great from my first consult and continues to be almost one year post-op. I went to Dr Donath bc of his expertise with rhinoplasty revisions. I had my first “nose-job” at 15 years old and it was an overall rough experience. My nose, while improved was misshapen and had many irregularities, I wasn’t happy with it but I never wanted to go thru the surgery again to fix it. Well, 27 years later I met with Dr Donath and felt 100% comfortable and confident in him. I had my revision last January and I am THRILLED with the result! Finally a “normal” nose! I don’t know how he works his magic but he is an amazingly skilled surgeon. I’m so grateful for his work!
