I went a saw Dr. Donath a few days ago for a consultation on a rhinoplasty. I asked the nurse before about doing the non surgical route and if it would even be possible. She said we can ask him. His whole staff are SO SWEET. I never felt judged and was so comfortable asking anything that popped into my head.

Dr. Donath is incredible. He listened to everything I asked for and made sure to make me feel comfortable and informed. He did an amazing job with the fat grafting to my face! I had upper eye blepharoplasty (now I'm just so happy with results that I should have just done the lower as well). It's all so natural. I have reccomened him to family and friends and now to any one who sees this.

Excellent doctor and results. Let me start by saying I am an internal medicine MD in Cincinnati. I've had patients ask me who I would see to get a facelift. Answer "no one in Cincinnati". With large dark bags under my eyes and my daughters upcoming wedding, I decided to find a surgeon in Ohio. Dr Donath's name kept popping up. And to my surprise, in Cincinnati. I researched. Excellent.

I am so pleased with the surgeon that performed my lower bleph and fat transfer. Do a thorough check on any doctor you are considering and do NOT let cost be a significant factor in choosing a Doctor and remember " you get what you pay for" and you are talking about your face!! His staff is incredibly kind and welcoming . He truly cares about your concerns and more importantly your end result as much as you do! He will be the only PS ever operating on me. Thank you Dr. Donath for giving me back my self esteem! For 20 yrs I hid behind my glasses in embarrassment hoping no one would see my eye bags and now I can remove the glasses, look people in the eye and feel good about myself again, that is priceless!

The entire procedure was perfect. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive. Dr. Donath takes his time to answer any questions you have and is very thorough in his follow up. I could not be more happy with the results.

Dr. Donath and his staff put me at immediate ease in a situation where I had initially felt intimidated and a bit afraid. His down to earth nature extends beyond him thru his contentious and welcoming staff. They are attentive and it's quite obvious that the client / patient care is primary and paramount. The results of the surgery have been such a blessing. I can't tell you how many compliments I've received or just how happy everyone has been for me.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results of my procedure. It is evident that Dr. Donath takes pride in his work & truly cares that his patients are happy with their outcomes. Both he & his staff were so accommodating & supportive throughout the entirety of my experience.
