Jeni began her career in the plastic surgery industry in 1996 and has worked alongside of Dr. Donath since 2010. She is passionate about her work and strives to continually improve all aspects of the practice. Her primary goals are to foster a dynamic work environment and to ensure patients feel comfortable and pampered and receive nothing short of a five-star experience. Jeni’s determination and dedication combined with her interpersonal and leadership skills, play a vital role in building and supporting the relationships between employees, providers, and patients. Developing and managing a team of talented, highly trained, caring, and educated professionals have been extremely rewarding for her. She is incredibly grateful and proud to work with a team that not only delivers amazing results but also genuinely cares for all patients and their outcomes.
Heather joined Donath Facial Plastic Surgery in 2020. Her background includes 20 years of management in the retail industry, which has provided her with a thorough understanding of the importance of exceptional patient care and communication. Heather is our “behind the scenes” girl. With her eagerness to learn and high level of initiative, she can provide support wherever needed. She displays a strong power of observations that she uses to develop fresh solutions and new approaches to improve strategies and workflow. Heather is dependable, thorough, and always fully prepared to take accountability for difficult tasks. She is excited to be a part of such an amazing and skilled team at Donath Facial Plastic Surgery.
Penny received her BA from The University of Cincinnati in 2006. She started her career in the beauty industry working alongside the corporate team of Laura Mercier as a Territory Manager. Having a strong interest in the art of plastic surgery she joined Donath Facial Plastic Surgery in 2011. She has been a dedicated employee learning many different positions from receptionist to marketing, to patient consultant. Penny is extremely knowledgeable about all the procedures our providers offer. As a patient liaison, she is the point of contact for surgical patients. She helps guide them through their entire journey, making sure the surgical experience is as seamless as possible. During a consultation and after discussing many different factors and considerations she will help educate patients on treatment options that may be most optimal for them. She is a master of the surgery schedule and ensures each surgical patient is educated on preoperative and postoperative care. Penny loves seeing and being a part of the rejuvenation process and helping patients achieve their final aesthetic goal.
Sue has always been passionate about the aesthetic industry. She received her Cosmetology license in 2014 and worked in the industry throughout college until she graduated with her BA from Bowling Green State University. After a career change, Sue decided to pursue her dream and joined DFPS as a Patient Care Coordinator. She values the patient experience and considers customer service and patient care a top priority. She loves meeting patients and is always excited to help guide them through their journey. Sue brings years of experience in customer service, business acumen and a background in the cosmetic industry. She also brings excitement and creativity for marketing and social media. She is very grateful to have found a home at DFPS and we couldn’t be happier that she chose us.
Christina graduated from Cincinnati State in 2008 with an Associates of Applied Science degree. She has been a driven and dedicated member of Donath Facial Plastic Surgery since 2014. Christina is our “utility player”. She is very versatile and capable of providing both clinical and administrative support. She plays a vital role as a clinical research associate and was instrumental in the development of Elite Aesthetic Research. Christina’s primary focus is to always do what is needed to deliver excellent service. She is eager to make sure your next visit is nothing short of a five-star experience.
Julie graduated from Denison University with a bachelor’s degree and continued her studies at Xavier University where she received a master’s degree in Psychology. Julie joined Donath Facial Plastic Surgery in 2017 and came to us with over 25 years of management and customer service experience in Women’s Healthcare, Wellness and Fitness. Customer service has always been her top priority and she has a complete understanding of what it takes to deliver a top-notch experience! She is innovative and skilled at improving and implementing processes for a more effective and efficient result. Julie is also one of our master event planners. With her wealth of knowledge and many years of experience in event planning she has led our team to host many fun and lively events. Julie will welcome you like family to our practice. She takes great pride in ensuring you have a positive experience, and it would be her pleasure to assist you with anything you need.
Jasmynn joined Donath Facial Plastic Surgery in 2018. She came to us with beauty, grace, and over 10 years of experience in the cosmetic industry. Jasmynn is one of our master schedulers. She helps keep the schedule organized and efficient for our providers and patients. Jasmynn is highly qualified to explain or answer any questions including reward programs, financial options, pricing, and scheduling. She is also an amazing and meticulous event planner. She plays an essential part in our popular “Third Thursdays” and our always much anticipated “Black Friday”. Jasmynn loves helping people look and feel their best while delivering nothing short of a five-star experience.
Jessica received her Associates Degree in Science in 2003 and joined Donath Facial Plastic Surgery in 2008 as a Licensed Managing Aesthetician. She has extensive training in procedures including HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, facial peels, and dermaplaning. Jess also has many years of experience with a wide variety of skin care lines. She is passionate about skincare and designing a skincare regimen that is individualized for each patient and their desired results. Jessica was one of the first employees of Donath Facial Plastic Surgery and learned several different positions. She is knowledgeable about all surgical and nonsurgical procedures and can answer and discuss any questions or concerns with respect and understanding. Jessica takes pride in working for Donath Facial Plastic Surgery and feels lucky to be part of such an amazing team!
Katie joined Donath Facial Plastic Surgery in 2018. She came to us with extensive training and experience in the med-spa industry. This background has provided her with a thorough understanding of the importance of confidentiality and clear communication. Katie is extremely knowledgeable about the services and products she provides. Her top priority is to ensure all patient goals are understood and achieved in a professional, yet warm manner. She is skilled and educated in preparing, evaluating, and treating patients with a skincare treatment plan that is specialized for desired results. Katie is dedicated and provides safe, compassionate, and ethical skincare treatments. She loves meeting new people and building long lasting relationships.
Jenna has had a love for aesthetics and beauty for as long as she can remember. Her mom worked in the makeup industry so Jenna’s love for cosmetics came naturally at a young age. In 2005 she followed her mom’s footsteps and began her career as a makeup artist. She quickly developed a passion for skin care so she enrolled at Western Hills School of Aesthetics and graduated shortly after. Jenna joined Donath Facial Plastic Surgery in 2018. She specializes in age rejuvenation and problematic skin solutions. Jenna is a great listener and result driven so she will be sure to hear all concerns and then present a detailed treatment plan for the best possible result. A few of her favorite treatments are dermaplane, hydrafacial, specialized facials, lash lift, and lash and brow tint. Jenna loves her job and coming to work everyday! She is grateful for the opportunity to help her clients build confidence and look and feel their best.
Mary joined Donath Facial Plastic Surgery in 2018 and brought over 37 years of nursing experience with her. In 1998, she obtained a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Cincinnati and is certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. She later realized that her ultimate passion was aesthetics so in 2015 she became a Certified Aesthetic Nurse and is a member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses. Mary came to us with extensive training and experience in multiple lasers, light-based therapy, fat reduction, dermal fillers, neurotoxins (botox and dysport), skin tighteners, microneedling, and Growth Factors. She is excited to deliver expert aesthetic care to our patients. “I love to collaborate with our patients to find out what improvements they want to address. Aesthetic Medicine has a powerful impact on perception to both the recipient and the observer. It is where Art and Science become one. I feel honored to work with Dr. Donath and his team.”
In 2019, shortly after receiving her BSN from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, Hailey moved to Cincinnati to begin her career as a Registered Nurse at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. She always had a strong interest in aesthetic and cosmetic nursing so after several years of working in the Intensive Care Unit she realized it was time to pursue that interest which led her to DFPS.
Hailey is our preoperative and postoperative care specialist. She is knowledgeable about our surgical procedures and guides each patient through their journey starting at the time surgery is scheduled.
Hailey is skilled and brings years of experience. She looks forward to building lasting patient relationships while making sure patients have the best experience possible. Her goal is to provide compassionate, educated, and exceptional care at a patient’s most vulnerable time. She is extremely grateful to be a part of such a well-respected plastic surgery practice and loves that she gets to help our patients look and feel their best.
Alyssa began her career in the plastic surgery industry in 2015 as a front desk coordinator. In 2018 she graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Degree in Applied Health and Sciences, while also obtaining a Certification in Surgical Technology. She began working in the operating room for a local hospital, and although she enjoyed it, she really wanted to follow the love and passion she has for the plastic surgery industry. We are so excited Alyssa has chosen to continue her career at DFPS! She brings an abundance of knowledge and experience to every aspect of the practice! Alyssa is the first point of contact for many patients, she also guides them through the surgical process to make the experience as seamless as possible. On many days she can be found in the operating room assisting Dr. Donath or with a patient reviewing post operative care. Alyssa finds her role to be very meaningful and fulfilling. She loves building relationships and getting to know each patient. She is dedicated to providing the best experience possible for every patient.
Nicole began her career as a Registered Nurse in 2017 after graduating with her BSN from the University of Cincinnati. She quickly discovered her passion for plastic surgery and aesthetics, a field that allowed her to tap into her creativity and artistic eye. With the intent to become an aesthetic provider, she completed her Masters in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification at Northern Kentucky University. Nicole is excited to be a part of the team at DFPS! She believes in the power of self-confidence and strives to enhance each patient’s natural beauty without looking overdone.
Kim joined Donath Facial Plastic Surgery with more than 30 years’ experience in the operating room. She earned a certification in Surgical Technology in 1991 from Ivy Tech College. After graduation she began working with St. Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis. She was with St. Vincent’s Hospital for five years and then worked as a private scrub for a group of vascular surgeons for the next two years. In 1998 Kim moved to Dayton and became the first hourly employee of the Dayton Heart Hospital. She worked at Dayton Heart Hospital for the next 12 years. Kim helped install the program and and assisted in the creation and development of the heart program at Mercy Springfield. In 2010 Kim graduated as a certified First Assist and has worked at Clinton Memorial Hospital and TriHealth facilities. She has had the opportunity to assist in all specialties, but facial plastics continues to be her favorite. Kim comes to work everyday with a smile and a positive attitude that is contagious. She is as excited about her work today as she was 30 years ago. She is excited to be a part of the talented and experienced surgical team at Donath Facial Plastic Surgery.
Alisha began her career at Bethesda North hospital in 2003 working in the main operating room as a Certified Surgical Technologist. In 2014, she furthered her education by becoming a Certified Surgical First Assistant. While at Bethesda, she assisted in various surgical specialties and participated in a wide variety of cases. Pursuing the desire to focus on one area of discipline, she joined the team at DFPS in January of 2019 and instantly fell in love with facial plastic surgery. She enjoys being a part of each patient’s journey and loves the instant gratification she receives seeing a face transformed in a day! Alisha is thankful to be a member of this wonderful staff whose goal is to help each patient look and feel their best.
Christie is the first point of contact for patients that call our office to schedule a consultation. She coordinates consultations, helps schedule surgeries, and guides patients through the entire process, making sure they are educated and comfortable with each step of their journey.
Christie brings years of experience in business leadership, sales, and customer service. Her passion is customer service, and she values strong patient relationships. Christie is a great listener and knows the importance of open and clear communication. She is friendly with positive energy and treats all patients with care and respect.
Ann attended the University of Georgia on a violin scholarship. However, after a little time she decided to change paths to pursue a career in Nurse Anesthesia. She eventually made her way up to Cincinnati to continue her education, receiving her MSN at the University of Cincinnati.
Ann began her career at Christ Hospital where she would stay for 16 years. During that time, she worked in the ICU, ER, and Obstetrics, where her years of experience, extensive training, and profound knowledge earned her the role of Chief CRNA.
In 2015 Ann joined DFPS part time while also still working at the hospital. After several years she noticed she was spending more and more hours at DFPS, loving all the beautiful transformations Dr. Donath was able to achieve. In 2023 she left her hospital position, focusing solely on her role at DFPS she transitioned from part time to our full time CRNA.
Ann is professional and friendly, and dedicated to always keeping patients’ safety top priority. She understands and respects that every patient and their needs are unique and individual. She helps patients feel comfortable and relaxed on their surgical day, while also providing safe, competent, compassionate, and ethical care.
Casey graduated from Triton College with a Certificate in Surgical Technology. She joined DFPS in 2021 and brought with her over 16 years of OR experience. Casey’s skills and techniques are unmatched. She is extremely knowledgeable and always maintains a calm and professional demeanor. Casey can always be found in the operating room. The OR is where she is most comfortable and loves to be.
Ciara has been in the salon/spa industry for over 10 years. Her experience consists of several different roles including receptionist, manager, marketing and social media, and most recently director of operations.
Ciara values patient satisfaction and is passionate about customer service. Coming from a management background, she understands the commitment and support needed to provide a 5-star experience.
Ciara is knowledgeable about all our non-surgical procedures, pricing, and possible treatment options. She is compassionate and understanding, making sure patients feel comfortable and at ease. Ciara loves meeting new people and building long-lasting relationships. She is proud and honored to work with such a talented and amazing team!
Debra Mulligan attended The University of Cincinnati College of Nursing and Health. There she earned a bachelor’s degree in the Science of Nursing and shortly thereafter became a licensed registered nurse. She is currently licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida. Her early career began as a medical-surgical nurse at Mercy Western Hills Hospital. She particularly enjoyed the surgical aspect of her job as it was gratifying to see an immediate, positive result. It was shortly after this discovery that she transferred to working in the operating room full time. She worked in the operating room at Mercy Mt. Airy Hospital for 8 years and there developed an affinity for plastic surgery in particular. To fulfill this enjoyment and to foster continued learning she took a part time job with a local plastic surgeon. In addition to being an operating room nurse she there learned to prepare and recover surgical patients. Cosmetic surgery continues to appeal to her artistic side as she has always had a fondness for aesthetics. After building a solid foundation working in a busy hospital, Debra elected to work at The Evendale Medical Center. It is there where she became re-acquainted with Dr. Alexander Donath a former Walnut Hills High School classmate and her career at Cincinnati Facial Plastic Surgery began. Debra has worked extensively with Dr. Donath and has completed advanced training in Botox and dermal fillers. She loves to share her passion for aesthetics and embraced the old adage that “looking good is feeling good.”
Rachel comes with a strong administrative background. However, she has always had a true passion for aesthetics and knew she wanted to be in that industry, she just wasn’t sure how or in what capacity since she also loved admin work. She decided to pursue both, and in 2024 Rachel joined DFPS.
With her administrative background, Rachel understands the importance of customer service and patient experience. She strives to streamline processes for efficiency and improvement, and values organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
Rachel is excited to be a part of such an amazing team and loves that she gets to help people look and feel their best every single day! She is kind and welcoming, yet very professional and driven. She looks forward to meeting all our patients and providing a 5-star experience!
Tara graduated from Thomas More College in 1997 with a BA in Biology. She quickly began her career as a Clinical Research Coordinator, participating in thousands of research studies.
In 2019 Tara joined the DFPS team. She brought with her more than 20 years of experience and an extraordinary wealth of knowledge about clinical research. She played a vital role in the development of our research program and quickly became our “go to girl” for all things research related.
Tara is always supportive and understanding in any situation. Her calm and friendly demeanor makes everyone around her feel comfortable and relaxed.
