I had an excellent experience. The staff was kind, friendly, and professional. All of my questions were answered and there was no problem with communication. The offices are very nice and welcoming - clean without feeling like a hospital. I would recommend to anyone, and am thinking of going back for rhinoplasty myself.

Not enough room for all my positive comments. I felt like I was the only patient being seen in the practice AND at the hospital. Everyone truly cares, listens, and ensures you are comfortable and prepared for the experience. Dr. Donath and his staff are exceptional and I would never refer anyone except to him. My surgery results after only 1 month were beyond my expectations - and as a retired RN and infection control practitioner - that's saying a lot!

Excellent, excellent, excellent! Dr. Donath is the best facial plastic surgeon in Cincinnati in my opinion. He listens and discusses all concerns you might have. He goes the extra mile to make sure your results are successful. I cannot say enough about his staff. They are so pleasant to work with! Everything was perfect!

The facial laser resurfacing procedure that I had done has resulted in an amazing fresh face. I honestly believe it took years off my skin. I was apprehensive about the procedure, but the results were much better than I expected. What I really noticed was the tightening of my upper lids, as well as, a general tightening. Dr. Donath and his team were wonderful. Thank you, Dr. Donath!

Very happy with my results. My skin tone-texture and firmness is so much improved. I am a much better version of myself.

My surgery experience was so much better than I expected. I also did 5 hyperbaric sessions which I feel also helped. My swelling and bruising were very minimal, barely visible. Any pain and discomfort were quite tolerable and only lasted the first couple of days. I attributed this to Dr. Donath’s knowledge and expertise. Dr. D and his staff were always available when I needed them to ensure all was going as planned and to answer any questions regarding post op care. This was extremely important to me and gave me total confidence and reassurance with Dr. D and his staff. My before and after photos tell it all. Friends say I look so natural and 10 years younger! I am happy to say I wouldn’t hesitate to do this procedure again. My only regret is not having done it sooner!

When I turned 60, I decided to give myself a gift by getting a lower face/ necklift. I was tired of spending money on filler, Botox, and skin tightening procedures. It was time to do something permanent, and I am so glad I did. I consulted with 3 plastic surgeons in 2021 and it was an easy decision to choose Dr. Donath. The entire staff was informative, supportive, and caring and Dr. Donath answered all of my questions honestly. I was nervous about having facial surgery but having viewed his other work, I knew he was the doctor for me. I did not want to look unnatural or pulled but I wanted to look better. Well, the results are amazing! I was able to go back to work after 10 days and nobody noticed anything. I did receive comments about how rested and relaxed I looked and that my skin looked great.
I feel more confident in my appearance, and I can wear turtlenecks again! I would highly recommend Dr. Donath and his staff for anyone who wants to look like a better version of themselves.
