Dr. Donath is top notch in my opinion. My results are amazing. I would suggest anyone thinking about facial surgery, to schedule a consult.

Dr. Donath is personable, down to earth, and an expert in the field of plastic facial surgery. He may not be the cheapest but he is worth every penny I paid for my surgery. He often corrects cheaper surgeons' work. You get what you pay for. So do it right the first time around. You will not be disappointed.

For many years, I struggled with a recessed chin, often hiding my chin and neckline beneath scarves and avoiding photographs. I had long desired corrective surgery but hesitated, fearing judgment from others for wanting to change my appearance. However, with encouragement from my partner and mother, I decided to reach out to Dr. Donath and his team.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, and Dr. Donath exuded genuine confidence in his ability to help me achieve the look I had always wanted. What stood out to me was his approach to creating a subtle and natural transformation, rather than a drastic change.

The entire process, from the initial consultation to the day of surgery, was exceptionally organized and informative. Dr. Donath's staff were friendly and responsive, both in person and via email. I greatly appreciated the thorough explanations of every detail related to the procedure and recovery.

Now, one month post-op, I am truly amazed by the reflection staring back at me in the mirror. I can see my jawline and feel the enhanced structure of my neck. I feel beautiful and confident, experiencing a sense of harmony in my features. My friends and family gaze at me with curious eyes, noticing something different in a positive way, yet unable to pinpoint exactly what has changed. Gone are the days of frowning and hiding behind scarves—I'm finally ready to embrace my new look!

After researching several doctors prior to my surgery I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Donath. Initially I was very impressed with the staff, and upon meeting Dr. Donath and proceeding with my consultation I immediately knew this practice would be my only consideration. Throughout my surgery and recovery I knew I’d made the right choice.

Unexpectedly I experience medical problems unrelated to my surgery. Throughout the whole process Dr. Donath and his team maintained daily contact with me and managed my care. What they did for me was above and beyond my expectations. When the unexpected happened I was REALLY thankful I had the BEST doctor and staff!

Dr. Donath is an amazingly skilled surgeon who has such an artistic eye for what will be perfect for each individual patient. My results far-exceeded my expectations.

In addition, Dr. Donath has a wonderful staff who make you feel you are their only client. Prior to surgery I had excellent results with Mary (Filler/Botox), and always achieved natural-looking improvements. I continue my skin care with Katie, and still see improvements in my skin.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Donath and his staff. To anyone considering doctors and procedures, no other options will compare to this practice!

I previously had a facelift in Cincinnati around 2011 which was not satisfactory. I would have gone to Dr. Donath if I had done better research. I recently had a deep plane facelift with Dr. D in April 2024. I recommend anyone having facial procedures to go see Dr. D. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face.

I particularly appreciated having a contact person in the office with Hailey- She was friendly, thoughtful about how I was feeling and very knowledgeable about my procedure and aftercare. So glad I decided to do this. It was a tough decision to make, but I am glad I did. I used to be embarrassed when I saw myself on zoom calls at work. Now I am proud that I look so good.
