7/2/15, I was very cautious when choosing a surgeon to perform my revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty. I knew that this time around I had to explore all of my options and find the BEST plastic surgeon for the job. After having my first consultation with Dr. Donath, I realized that I didn’t have to look any further. Dr. Donath, understood what I wanted fixed. He gave me an honest assessment and a realistic expectation of what my nose would look like after surgery. He more than delivered. I am so happy with the result. Dr. Donath has such a great, friendly presence that made me feel at ease. The staff was so helpful and reassuring through out the whole process. Dr. Donath and his staff are always very friendly and professional. The procedure went smoothly and I had very little pain or bruising. The results a week later and then a month later were quite phenomenal and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks a million!

I was dreading turning 60 years old and now I’m loving it! When I look in the mirror I see my 40 year old face looking back. My son can’t get over how young I look. My friends, who know about the FaceLift, are amazed by my natural look. I’m so glad I asked Dr. Donath for his suggestions and took his advice on each part. I didn’t even know about Fat Transfer, but WOW! What a transformation! I’m just grateful everyday.

Mini facelift, Fat transfer

In a word: AMAZING! I believe this word best describes the results of my mini facelift with fat transfer. As I approached age 60 I felt my face was “collapsing”. So I began my quest to find a competent surgeon when I could trust to help me look younger without looking overdone. After several months of searching for a board certified plastic surgeon, thankfully I found Dr. Donath! I believe his expertise with mini facelift is unparalleled! And, I believe having the fat transfer procedure at the same time as my mini facelift only enhanced my results by restoring volume back to my cheeks!

I was pleasantty surprised by the minimal pain I felt after surgery and during my recovery. I had absolutely no bruising and limited swelling. I do recommend the optional anti-bruising/swelling medicine that Dr. Donath suggests taking before & after surgery – it seems to help.

And, Dr. Donath is a genius with stitches! I have absolutely NO visible scars in front of my ears or along my hairline!

For anyone who is thinking about a mini facelift, do not hesitate to schedule an appointment with Dr. Donath (and I recommend the fat transfer too).

Facelift, Necklift, Lipo

Otoplasty

I am thrilled with the results of my Otoplasty, and I’m reminded of Dr. Donath’s professionalism and artistry, every time I look in the mirror. I am very particular and had high expectations going into the procedure. I wanted my ears shaped a certain way and Dr. Donath accommodated my request, and even worked with me to come up with a look that would fit me perfectly. The swelling lasted a little longer than I expected and was a bit deceiving as it was not bruised or discolored, but stuck out and made my face seem much wider. After about a month, the swelling was completely gone and everything looked perfect. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Dr. Donath and his staff
