I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my procedure! Everything from my first appointment to my follow up was wonderful. Dr. Donath treated me as though I was his only patient. I was satisfied far beyond my expectations! Such an accommodating and helpful staff. Everyone was kind, gracious, and just all-around wonderful.

The results were outstanding and transformational. Everything went smoothly without any complications. Recovery time was minimal and went by very quickly. The staff was very friendly and professional and addressed any questions that I had. Dr. Donath was also fantastic, and I would recommend him to anyone considering plastic facial surgery. Staff was very professional and helpful. They treat their patients respectfully. I came to Dr Donath a number of years ago when I was thinking of getting a procedure done. I went to 2 other doctors at that time too. I decided that I did not have the time to do the procedure then. But I decided when I was ready to proceed, I would go to Dr Donath because I trusted him and my impression was that he was very skilled. Dr. Donath is AMAZING! I am extremely happy with my results. I look at least 20 years younger. Dr. D. is a warm and caring person with a wonderful bedside manner. He’s very thorough in his explanation of the procedure and answers all questions. He takes his time for every appointment and you never feel like he’s rushing. I am now 3 months post-op from my procedures and I could not be happier with my results. From start to finish, the entire experience has been exceptional! What was so important to me was the easy and satisfying communication with support staff both before and after procedures. The instructions pre and post-op can be overwhelming. Plus it’s not a “one size fits all.” My questions by text were answered immediately and professionally, which was very assuring.

Absolutely every touchpoint with anyone in this practice has been stellar. From the first phone call and first consultation to pre surgical visit and final results I am beyond happy. This practice is the best of the best including post procedure laser treatments, hyperbaric chamber sessions and lymphatic massage as part of the surgical experience to insure the best healing possible. Dr Donath’s talent and expertise was obvious immediately after surgery and the results get better daily.

The entire staff is knowledgeable, patient, experienced, and go out of their way to provide the very best overall care. They listen and strive to understand clearly what the patient is trying to achieve and do not try to provide unrealistic expectations, while at the same time work diligently to provide the best result possible. Dr Donath is unbelievably talented in his area of practice and truly cares that the end result is the best that it can be. He has a great ability to recommend appropriate procedures to best match the patient’s needs and desires but without trying to push you in any one direction. He lays out options well. Communication throughout the office seems to be very effective as it works seamlessly when information has needed to go through several people. I completely trust Dr. Donath and his staff based on my long term experience with them. They collectively represent the practice exceptionally well.
