I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Donath and his entire medical staff. From my very first phone call through surgery, recovery, and now seeing my final results begin to take shape, they have been an absolute joy. I am incredibly grateful that I found them. I had wanted rhinoplasty since before I even knew what rhinoplasty was. From a very young age, I was extremely self-conscious about my nose and always wished I could change it. It affected my confidence in more ways than most people probably realized. Eventually, my husband and I made the decision to find the right doctor, and I can confidently say we found him. One thing that really stood out to me about Dr. Donath is his level of expertise. When you find a doctor who actually teaches and trains other doctors, you know you have found someone special. He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but he also has a wonderful sense of humor that made the entire experience feel comfortable and much less intimidating. Before surgery, he used 3D imaging to show me realistic potential outcomes and took the time to explain the structural changes he would make to improve my appearance. What amazes me now is how comparable my actual results are to what we discussed and envisioned beforehand. The biggest surprise of the entire experience was my recovery. I was prepared for pain and a difficult healing process, but I experienced virtually no pain and healed so much faster than I ever expected. Today, I do not just feel like I have a new and improved nose, I feel like I have a new and improved sense of confidence. As an added bonus, I even feel like my breathing has improved since surgery. I am now three months post-op, and I could not be happier with my results. My only regret is that I did not do it sooner, but looking back, I truly believe it was worth the wait because it led me to the right surgeon. Thank you, Dr. Donath, and thank you to your entire staff for taking such wonderful care of me and making something I had dreamed about for so many years finally become a reality. I am beyond grateful. You truly are the best!

Dr. Donath and his entire team were exceptional skilled, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were always quick to answer my questions, both before and after surgery, and I really appreciated the care, discretion, and thoughtfulness that went into every step. I am still healing, but so far I am extremely pleased with the results!

I was extremely happy with the whole procedure. First of all, Dr. Donath goes above and beyond. He spent over 45 minutes just measuring and marking my face before the procedure. Everything turned out great! The whole staff is super friendly & great at explaining what to expect.

Dr Donath and his staff provided better care than I received during a brief stay in an ICU. Attentive to all of my needs and care, provided detail instruction to my husband from care at home. Contacted my husband and myself to insure I was recovering satisfactorily. I couldn’t ask for more.

I am super happy with the results of the procedure. A reason I wanted to get this done was because it was something that always bothered me for years and I hated taking pictures because that was the only thing I noticed. Doctor Donath and his team were able to create a plan specifically for me and get me the results I was looking for. I am so happy with the results and I feel like a new person now not having to worry about it every time I take a picture or look in the mirror. In addition to the result Dr Donath’s team was the best. They made sure I understood every detail and were able to answer all my questions and most of all they made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking facial plastic surgery.

Every touch point throughout the process was excellent. Dr. Donath and staff made me feel heard and supportive and I was given the time to ask lots of questions to feel comfortable. The results were everything I hoped for and more! Nature and just refined my nose in a feminine way- feels like it was the nose I meant to have. I was thrilled with the profile right when the cast was removed and a month out the results keep getting better as the swelling goes down. Highly recommend Dr. Donath all around!
