Facelift, Necklift, Lipo

I am so happy! Thank you Dr. Donath and your entire team for a smooth surgery and post op care. My results look so natural, but what a difference in my before and after pictures! People compliment me on my hair, or notice: “Hey, you are looking good!” What they don’t realize is that I had surgery. Thank you for taking such good care of me and for excellent results. Otoplasty

I am thrilled with the results of my Otoplasty, and I’m reminded of Dr. Donath’s professionalism and artistry, every time I look in the mirror. I am very particular and had high expectations going into the procedure. I wanted my ears shaped a certain way and Dr. Donath accommodated my request, and even worked with me to come up with a look that would fit me perfectly. The swelling lasted a little longer than I expected and was a bit deceiving as it was not bruised or discolored, but stuck out and made my face seem much wider. After about a month, the swelling was completely gone and everything looked perfect. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Dr. Donath and his staff

Loosing a lot of volume in my face I became self-conscious. Researching for a procedure that was more permanent – fat transfer. Again, with research- I found Dr. Donath. I had been debating for years about facial surgery and finally started seriously exploring options in early 2014. After extensive research and consultation with some of the leading plastic surgeons in the Cincinnati area, I chose to work with Dr. Donath. I was impressed with his experience, clear explanation of the options available to my situation and especially his expertise with the fat transfer procedure.

Dr. Donath was very supportive through the preparations, surgery and post op care. His staff were caring, reassuring and available to answer questions. Like any surgery, the healing process took several weeks; however, I saw rapid progress and clear results within days of the surgery. I am absolutely delighted with the results.

Thinking about this surgery was a little unnerving but after meeting with Dr. Donath, I felt very comfortable with my decision about the surgery and the surgeon. He explained every step in detail and the surgery/recovery went just the way he said it would. I am thrilled with the outcome of the procedures I had performed! The office staff is to be commended as well. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, answered questions, and scheduled follow-up appointments at my convenience. I wanted to take the opportunity to tell you what a wonderful experience we had at your facility. I accompanied my boyfriend on Friday Oct 3rd as he came to your practice for a hair transplant. Your office is inviting, elegant and comfortable. But the real quality I want to acknowledge was the staff. Unfortunately, I misplaced my keys as I was running errands while he was in surgery. This mishap necessitated us to stay an extra night in Cincinnati. The front office staff was kind enough to guide me by looking up hotels, helping me understand the area and securing us a taxi (and you were right, Phil was a riot!!). With their help I reached my goal, which was to have everything in place so that when he was out, things would be as smooth as possible.

Most importantly, when we finally relaxed into our room that night, he shared with me what I already supposed…that his experience with the medical staff was equally as impressive.

I work at a medical practice myself and understand the importance of taking good care of our patients from the minute they contact us. Your office deserves to be acknowledged for their exceptional job. I thank you all for making my stressful situation and his surgery a comforting experience.
