Young patient who requested a smaller nose. We performed Rhinoplasty with deprojection (setting the tip back), rotation (raising the angle of the tip) subtly, and decreasing the slight prominence of the bridge and mid-portion to give a subtle curve to the profile which is more feminine. Her overall character is preserved and the nose no longer droops with smiling.
