Hi,

I wanted to take the opportunity to tell you what a wonderful experience we had at your facility. I accompanied my boyfriend on Friday Oct 3rd as he came to your practice for a hair transplant. Your office is inviting, elegant and comfortable. But the real quality I want to acknowledge was the staff. Unfortunately, I misplaced my keys as I was running errands while he was in surgery. This mishap necessitated us to stay an extra night in Cincinnati. The front office staff was kind enough to guide me by looking up hotels, helping me understand the area and securing us a taxi (and you were right, Phil was a riot!!). With their help I reached my goal, which was to have everything in place so that when he was out, things would be as smooth as possible.

Most importantly, when we finally relaxed into our room that night, he shared with me what I already supposed…that his experience with the medical staff was equally as impressive.

I work at a medical practice myself and understand the importance of taking good care of our patients from the minute they contact us. Your office deserves to be acknowledged for their exceptional job. I thank you all for making my stressful situation and his surgery a comforting experience.
