I don't know why I waited so long to have this procedure - I'm very happy with the results! I'm able to wear eyeshadow again and enjoy it! I get compliments from my friends and my eyes look better everyday! There's no pain with it - just mild discomfort. Dr. Donath is a perfectionist and I trust him completely!

I wanted to look younger since I felt like I was 30, and the procedure helped me reverse 10 years! Now I'm back to 50 something. It's like a dream come true. My gobbley neck is gone, and I no longer do I dread having photos. Dr. Donath did a great job!!! Wish I would have done it sooner.

I am very pleased with both my new neck and jaw line. Doctor Donath and his staff are both kind and skilled. They made me feel right about having the surgery. The surgery itself was not stressful. I did not need to fill the prescriptions for the pain or the nausea.

The wonderful laser treatment 5 days after surgery took away all the signs of bruising. My acquaintances are telling me how "rested" I look and others ask if I lost weight.

Finally, deciding to have Botox injections in the eye area, forehead and upper lip really added to a more youthful appearance.

I just wanted to express my gratitude and let you know how much you have changed my life! After years wanting my nose done followed by years of contemplation and apprehension (and researching plenty of plastic surgeons) I was finally ready after seeing your rhinoplasty portfolio. I was very particular in what I was hoping for and would settle for nothing but the best. It is my face - after all!

Sure enough, almost a year after my surgery, my results are phenomenal and my confidence level has gone through the roof. I think the highest compliment came from an unsuspecting acquaintance in New York City. He could not believe that I had my nose done (something I am happily open about) and actually asked for your name and number to give it to his girlfriend who has been dying to get hers done! In what I like to think of as The City of Nose Jobs, mine was thought of as exceptional. What a great feeling. I was even comfortable being a last minute extra in a commercial where I would only be shown from my profile. I can assure you that 1 year ago that would've been one of my worst nightmares.

Re: Bilateral Blepharoplasty

I am happily surprised at how my field of vision has improved. I can see much more of the world around me. My night vision has improved significantly especially while driving. My peripheral vision is also greatly improved. I have to remember to wear sunglasses more often, as there is a lot more light coming into my eyes. My family, friends, and co-workers look at me and notice a difference, but they can't tell exactly what is different. I feel this procedure has not changed my appearance, it enhances it. People say I look like I did 10 or 15 years ago.

I love my new face. My only regret is that I waited so long! It’s a big decision to change your facial appearance. It all boils down to what you’re willing to do about the way you look. You have to weigh the difference between the fear of plastic surgery, versus the depression of looking old. For me, I go so I hated to look in the mirror. There are no creams or lotions that can hide the sagging and signs of aging. I felt like a young person trapped inside an old woman’s face.

Dr. Donath immediately made me feel at ease. I felt he understood exactly what I wanted. His sense of caring was genuine and personal. I sensed he was sure of himself and what he could do for me. His office staff was always warm and friendly and never too busy for me. I felt very comfortable with him and I am so thankful for what he has done for me. It is as if he turned back the clock for me. He has virtually given me a second chance. The level of confidence I now have has given me a whole new outlook on life. A more youthful appearance has affected my mental attitude. It has only been a few months and i can hardly believe the difference. The loose skin is gone!!! Furthermore, my face doesn't have that "pulled tight" look which I have noticed on other women who have had face lifts from other doctors. I see pictures of myself before and I shake my head. Out with the old indeed!

I’m a 65 year old man and I had great results! Dr. Donath is clearly talented, and between Dr. Donath and his staff, I couldn’t have been in a better place.

My procedures went smoothly and my results were perfect. My Rhinoplasty, instead of drawing attention to itself, made my nose fit my face perfectly. I worried about facelift scars, but the manner in which Dr. Donath hid my Quicklift incisions was truly remarkable.

I just wanted to write to thank you for everything. It has been one year since my surgery and I continue to be so pleased with my results. I spent years unhappy with the size and shape of my nose, trying to convince myself that I should just "live" with it even though it made me very unhappy. I got used to it, but even after it no longer consciously bothered me, I would notice that upon meeting new people or taking photographs I would make a big effort to keep my profile out of view by looking at them head on, because inwardly I really hated my profile because of my nose. I came to a place where I felt I was an attractive person, but even though I was happy with myself, my nose took away from the rest of my face rather than complementing it. I finally got the nerve to see a couple of cosmetic surgeons for consultations, but after leaving each consult I would feel overwhelmed and pressured, and scared to go through with it.

When I finally stumbled onto your services, I was impressed with the confidence you had and the dedication you seemed to put into your training and skills. After speaking with you for the first time you immediately made me feel at ease, and not pressured in any way, while at the same time letting me ask whatever questions I wanted without feeling like you were getting "annoyed" with my million and a half concerns like some other doctors had made me feel. You answered everything knowledgeably and professionally, and you seemed like you truly cared about me as a patient and as a person, which is what finally made me decide to go through with the rhinoplasty in the end with you as my surgeon.

Since my surgery I have noticed a whole new confidence that I never had before! I was always a confidant person on the outside, but there was that little nagging bit that wouldn't go away and I'd feel disappointed when I'd catch a view of the side profile of my nose. Now, I'm not worried about letting a date see me from the side, I revel in it, because I now LOVE my profile. My nose looks great, and it's amazing how just changing the size and shape of my nose helped to make my eyes stand out more, balanced out my lips and made my chin more prominent, whereas before it had seemed slightly receding. All these other features were overpowered by my nose before, but not anymore. Not only does my nose now look fantastic, you took into account exactly how I wanted it to be and made it so natural looking that friends I had known for over a decade didn't realize what I had done at first. (And as a huge bonus, I can now breathe far easier since you straightened out my deviated septum!) My friends would all ask me if I had changed something about myself, because they thought I looked fantastic, they just couldn't put their finger on what it was. When I told them I got a "nose job", they all told me how amazing it looked, and how natural! People that had previously told me they thought plastic surgery was for insecure people were now asking me for the name and number of my surgeon (you!) because it didn't look like I had had anything "done"-- it looked fantastic, beautiful, natural, and brought out the overall harmony of my face in such a subtle, yet significant, way. I am so happy with it that I tell everyone I know that I got a rhinoplasty done because I know they'd be so impressed with the before-and-after! I cannot thank you enough for everything, it is truly a gift that will be making me happy for the rest of my life! Thanks again!

I just wanted to thank you for your fine surgical work performed on me on Sept.17th.The entire Quick Lift and results have been more than satisfactory, and I have received numerous compliments on my new face. The most important opinion is of course my own and my husband ' s and we are both very pleased.

Prior to committing to surgery I researched and visited several local plastic surgeons and was very disappointed with the manner in which their personnel handled prospective surgery candidates. My experience was much the same at each practice and included a very brief face to face meeting with a staff member (not an R. N. and never the surgeon), being asked what my interests were, and receiving brochures .

After my visit there were no follow-up phone calls or emails. The doctor and entire staff at Cincinnati Facial Plastic Surgery were very considerate and caring during and after the procedure and the follow-ups.
