If there is anything we can do to assist you, such as arranging for airport transportation, lodging, and even an overnight nurse for the night after a procedure, please do not hesitate to ask. From Dayton(North):
Take 75 South to Exit 16 to merge onto I-275 East toward I-71 /Columbus
Take Exit 49 to merge onto I-71S toward Cincinnati
Take Exit 12 for Montgomery Road
Turn Right at Exit onto Montgomery Road and go past mall, which is on the right.
Cross Kenwood Road and just before the next light is a U.S. Bank building on the Right (silver building)
Turn in the bank entrance and go through the drive-through banking to the parking lot in the back
The entrance is also discretely located in the back, and the office is on the 2nd floor
From Kentucky(South):
Take I-71 North to Exit 11 Kenwood Road
Turn Left at Exit onto Kenwood Road.
After mile, turn Left onto Montgomery Road
Just before next light on the Right is U.S. Bank Building (silver building)
Turn into the bank entrance and go through the drive-through banking to the parking lot in the back

From Indiana (West)
Take I-74 East toward Cincinnati
Continue on I-275 North (signs for (Dayton/I-275N)
After approx. 5 miles, Exit at Ronald Reagan Cross County Hwy (signs for Blue Rock Rd/Ronald Reagan Cross County Hwy)
After approx. 15 miles, Take Ramp onto I-71 South
Take Exit 12: Montgomery Road
